FEE DISCLOSURE

Credit Check Fee: $45.00

In the event that you do choose to use the service's of Heffernan Realty,  and Heffernan Realty is successful in finding you an apartment you will be required to pay a $45.00 credit check fee, in advance,  Regretfully, in the event that your credit is unacceptable to a landlord there will be no return of the credit check fee.

Real Estate Fee: (1) One Month's Rent

In the event that your application and credit history are acceptable to the owner/landlord of the apartment, and or management company, a commission fee equal to no less than one months rent will be due Heffernan Realty prior to the execution of any lease and or rental agreement. Where the rental is located in a co-op building you may be required to pay additional fees. These fees will be explained to you in advance.
